ARTICLE. LOYALTY PROGRAMME « CLUB ESPACE MAISON »

Notwithstanding the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTC”), the terms and conditions relating to subscription to the CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme are exclusive to this programme and are applicable exclusively to subscribing customers, subject to the conditions set out below.

Membership conditions:

The CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme is open to any individuals over the age of 18. At the time of registration, customers must provide their surname, first name, e-mail address, national identity card number, physical address and telephone number.

The CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme may be subscribed to by anyone meeting the above conditions, whether online at espacemaison.com, by downloading the mobile application or in any physical store.

Subscription:

A customer wishing to subscribe (hereinafter referred to as "the subscriber") takes out a subscription for an indefinite period, subject to acceptance of these GTC, without tacit renewal.

Discount Policy:

Subscription to the CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme entitles the subscriber to a number of benefits, including:

• A welcome discount of 10%, with the exception of aquarium products, plants and Espace Pro products.
• Real-time tracking of your purchases.
• Royal Canin offer: Buy 10 packets of Royal Canin kibbles and receive the 11th as a gift. This offer is not valid for Espace Pro Club members, veterinarians and the Pro range. (See conditions on the link)
• Participation in our points system as from your first purchase in our stores. For every Rs 30 spent, you earn 1 point, equivalent to Rs 1.
• A 10% discount for 3 days before and after your birthday, provided that your date of birth is correctly registered in our system.
• Free delivery on purchases made in our store, according to the delivery schedule. This offer applies to all products except UBP products, aquariums and Espace Pro* products. For online purchases, a fee of Rs 500 is applicable to orders of Rs 3,500 or less. (*A personalized delivery service is available for Espace Pro products, subject to a fee).
• Access to additional offers and at reduced prices as a member of Club Espace Maison.

The right of withdrawal as a member:

Subscription to the CLUB ESPACE MAISON are considered firm and final.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact customer service (by e-mail at digital@espacemaison.mu).
Exercising this right of withdrawal does not entail the deletion of past or current transactions, but only the deletion of a person’s personal data.

Terms and conditions of use

Individual character of the CLUB ESPACE MAISON subscription:

The subscriber are required to provide the following information upon registration: surname, first name, e-mail address, national identity card number, physical address and telephone number.

Subscription is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Subscription for the benefit of a third party:

Contrary to the individual character of the subscription, it is possible to offer CLUB ESPACE MAISON subscription to a third party (via a sponsorship).

By inviting this person to download our application, he/she will automatically become a member of the Club Espace Maison. For every Rs 120 they spend in our store, you'll earn 1 point. The good news is that you can sponsor several people. Please note that sponsorship lasts for one year from the date of registration.

The designated beneficiary will enjoy all the benefits of the CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme.

Consent:

By subscribing to the CLUB ESPACE MAISON programme, the subscriber expressly authorises Espace Maison to record and use the contact details provided (e-mail address and/or telephone number and/or postal address) for the purpose of communicating with him/her and sending offers by e-mail or SMS.

The member may withdraw his/her consent at any time by unsubscribing via their online account or by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each e-mail sent by Espace Maison.

Use of points:

You will benefit from our points system as soon as you make your first purchase in our stores. For every Rs 30 spent, you earn 1 point, equivalent to Rs 1.
Points accumulated over a 6-month period expire within one year as from the date of purchase. For example, points accumulated from January 1 to June 30, 2022 will expire on December 31, 2022.

If you are unable to use your points before their expiry date, you have the following options:

• Transfer your points to a member of the CLUB ESPACE MAISON of your choice using the "Transfer points" option in the mobile application.
• Transfer your points by following the instructions sent to you by e-mail.
• Check the expiry date of your points on your mobile application or by sending an e-mail to digital@espacemaison.mu. (Link to a step-by-step guide)

CLUB ESPACE MAISON online ordering:

The products offered for sale online and featured in the catalogue published on the website are described in detail with their essential characteristics. The multimedia illustrations accompanying the products are provided for illustrative purposes only and are in no way contractual.

CLUB ESPACE MAISON order:

An online order benefiting from CLUB ESPACE MAISON advantages will follow the same steps as those described in the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale. Upon payment, the customer will automatically benefit from CLUB ESPACE MAISON discounts, subject to the selection of eligible products.

CLUB ESPACE MAISON delivery:

Free delivery is offered for purchases made in our store, according to the delivery schedule. This offer is applicable to all products except UBP products and aquariums. For online purchases, a delivery charge of Rs 500 is applicable to orders of Rs 3500 or less.
Please note that delivery for Espace Pro is chargeable (as from Rs500).

Reservations, fraud and spam

Any fraud or attempted fraud will be prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the GTC and the ensuing articles of the Criminal Code.
