It heats up quickly and evenly, guaranteeing light pancakes, golden potato pancakes, hearty French toast and sizzling bacon.

- Compatible with Gourmet BBQ System cooking grates for Weber charcoal barbecues, SmokeFire EX4/EX6 pellet barbecues and Genesis/Genesis II, Spirit and Summit gas barbecues.
- Compatible with WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates and adapter kit for SmokeFire EX4/EX6/EPX4/EPX6 pellet barbecues and Genesis 2022, Genesis and Spirit gas barbecues from 2016.
Cook your bacon, crisp and melt-in-the-mouth asparagus or perfectly seared scallops without the risk of them falling between the bars of the cooking grate. Thanks to its enamelled cast iron, the sturdy plancha offers excellent heat retention and distribution properties and ensures even cooking, whether you're having breakfast on the terrace or a delicious meal à la plancha. The plancha has been designed for use with the Gourmet BBQ System cooking grid. Remove the round insert from the grill and replace it with the plancha. This will keep the griddle in place while you prepare pancakes or bacon slices. For best results, we recommend washing your hands.
