The rotisserie fits : Genesis II and Genesis II LX 400 and 600 gas barbecues. -Dimensions: 11 x 14 x 116 cm Kit includes: - 117 cm stainless steel spit - 2 adjustable spit forks (to hold both large and small items) - dishwasher safe. - Heavy duty electric motor (holds up to 9kg) - All required equipment and universal plug (220 - 240 V) - It works by gently rotating the food over the cooking grid, allowing the meat to self-baste during cooking. - The rotisserie will roast a whole chicken, turkey, pork tenderloin or rack of ribs and as it does so slowly, it will ensure that the meat is both crispy and moist.
